 How long does international shipping take?

Delivery times for international purchases depend on how far from the US you are and on the delivery option you choose when you finish your purchase in our website. It can take up 10 to 15 business days approximately. 

How long does domestic shipping take?

We will ship your products from Encinitas, California. Delivery times depend on the option you choose when you finish your purchase in our website. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery for all the United States. For international orders, fares can vary. Please, go to our website, type in your zip code and it will automatically calculate the shipping price.

How do I track my order?

As soon as you finish your purchase with Fiesta Ziesta, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your product in USPS website. Here follows the link: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action

Where are Fiesta Ziesta products made?

Our products are all handcrafted by Mexican artisans, in the Mayan region of Yucatán Peninsula and Oaxaca, both in Mexico. 

What are the products made of?

The Beach Blankets and Ponchos are made of 100% organic cotton and the Hammocks are 80% cotton and 20% polyester.

What should I do if I get a damaged or defective product?

If you receive any damaged or defective product, please contact us at sales@fiestaziesta.com. Send us your order number, pictures and a brief explanation of the defect. We will review it and inform you if we can replace it for a new one.

Can I return products I bought?

We have a 30 day return police. The product must not be used before and should have the price tag attached. Please send us an email to sales@fiestaziesta.com explaining what is the reason you will like to return it and make sure to include your receipt. We will provide you a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a address so you can send us the item back. Fiesta Ziesta is not responsible for any lost or missing items that are in transit to us by the costumer.

What can I do if I order the wrong product?

Please send us an email to sales@fiestaziesta.com. Attach your receipt and explain us the reason why you want to exchange the product. Then, we will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and an address were you can send the product prepaid to us. The product you want to return should be brand new and contain the price tags. Fiesta Ziesta is not responsible for any lost or missing items that are in transit to us by the costumer.
