Return Policy: We'll gladly accept a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase date any merchandise purchased from Fiesta Ziesta that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and receipt or invoice.
Fiesta Ziesta reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether you have a receipt. All non-receipt returns are subject to a refund verification process requiring you to present identification. We encourage you to retain your purchase receipts, online order receipts and e-receipts.
Return of Sale Items: Sale items that are not accompanied by the original receipt are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Manufacturer defect: If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return no longer than 90 days after your purchase.
Returns after 30 days: If customer returns product(s) purchased from Fiesta Ziesta commerce site after thirty (30) days, no credits or exchanges will be issued. Guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
You will be responsible for shipping them back to Fiesta Ziesta here to our office within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note before making your return that:
We will not issue refunds for products that are shipped back after 14 days from the delivery date.
You will be refunded for the amount you paid for the product minus the original shipping fees paid.
Fiesta Ziesta is not responsible for returned products lost in transit and we suggest you use a reliable and trackable carrier method such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Exchanges steps to follow:
Fiesta Ziesta will provide you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in order to return the product(s).
You will be responsible for shipping products back to our office within 30 days of the purchase date.
You will only be credited for the amount you paid for the product. (Shipping costs will not be refunded).
Fiesta Ziesta is not responsible for products in transit that get lost while been returned. We suggest you use a reliable carrier that provides you a tracking number such as USPS, UPS, FedEX.
